What would you do with such a person in your house?

  Takes home $1,200+ a month.
  Nv contribute to household expenses. Refuse to contribute or pay any bills.
  Her room is littered with used tissue for her sinus everyday.
  One hard pack of cigarettes a day.
  Drinks an average of one can of beer everyday, more on weekends.
  Must drink one can of beer before she leaves the house for clubbing to get high faster.
  Throws her money into 4D everyweek.
  Then tell me she has no money.
  Her dogs shit in my room and pees on my bed while she is sleeping in my room.
  What would you do to such a family member? She is real, not an assumption. Chasing her out is not an option. Please tell me how to teach her a lesson.
