The hazards of working continuous night shift

  Cons
  - dunno what is happening in the day time at office ...until the night
  - Sunlight seem so weird
  - can lose weight bcoz taking lesser meal due to sleeping time
  - Your fds tell u they haven seen u for a long time
  - dunno wat to do in the day
  
  Pros
  - You can do wat you want outside during office hours while ppl have to take leave
  - You dun have to face your boss who dun work night shift
  - No one can track you
  - You can go out and take longer breaks anytime
  
  Anyone can think of anything else ??

  Night shift is only approriate in the short term. If you have family, like children and wife, you won't have time for them.
  Can be bad for health too in the long run

  Eh troy....your night shift.....why do u call it continuous night shift? Issit permanent one? Not like those 2 weeks day shift, 2 weeks night shift, or some other type of rotation issit? It's permanently fixed issit?
  
  For how long will you be assigned in this night shift? Few months? More than 1 year? Do you work 5 nights in a week or what?
  
  The reason Im asking all these, is because........Im interested to know whether a person can tahan work night shift for long term, and how long before burn-out, and whether a permanent night shift is a common practice which can be sustained by the human body.

  Yes its continuous...only night shift.

  Up to 4 continuous night shift in a row before a day off....for three months.

  With proper sleep, it can be sustained for long term. But I realised that it makes a big difference to your body whether you are exposed to the sun. Ppl who work night shift finds it tough to face sun rise and the skin becomes pale-looking after some time.

  My colleagues who works night shift with me says he too heard that night shift is actually harmful to health on the long run...
  
  Then again...it is known fact...too much of everything is harmful

  Anyway I made good use of this 3 months night shift period.
  
  I went diving and I got my diving licence. Really a great experience.
  
  I went to take class 2A and I passed this morning. Shiok!
  
  Got two licence in two month time.

  the only good think abt nite shift is its allowance n can eat more snake. other than tat i dun think got other better things abt nite shift
