indeed a troubled mind is harder to rest. but you control your own self. there is no choice. if you want to get better, you know you have to be strong for yourself.
work stress may be really hard to handle. but maybe if you have too many things to do, or too much to handle, you just need to really take a deep breath and make your mind focus on one thing at a time.
not everyone can multi-task and try not to micro manage. do what you need to do most importantly first.
I have insomnia too. I use meditation to help myself to reduce my insomnia. Meditation is helpful. You can practise meditation.
Can try Chinese sinseh. Chinese med helps. :)
try to do something relaxing that will take your mind off work.. Anything you enjoy, like sports or something. Or you can try new activities, like yoga or meditation.
