If your work is troubling you then get a new job. Or at least take a look at what really borthering you. Maybe you do work in the wrong way which is not effective, not efficient and you dont have the right info or knowledge.
You got to be proud that you are in charge and your duties are important. You are alert at work and communicate effectively.
when you off duty, you are proud that you have income and which your hardwork pays you a comfortable living.
But if you dont feel good at all, that prescibe yourself a new environment new jobscope.

Usually when I'm stressed and can't sleep, I take a post--it note and write down what I need to do / accomplish. when I have my things down I feel less tensed. Idk if it works for you too but it does for me.
Maybe go and see a doctor about this?
Don't look at the clock to check the time when you are trying to sleep.
Make sure that the room is not too hot/cold.
You can try drinking warm milk too
See a counsellor/psychologist who may be able to help you through natural remedies. Don't be so quick to take medication.

My husband had the same problem. Usually what he did is he will go for run and will run very fast. His deep sleep is depends how tired he is. And usually it works 😜

I like meditating before I sleep. Try to watch videos by "The Honest Guys" on Youtube. They have a guided meditation for insomnia and it's awesome!
