meditation might help you to calm down your mind and relax so eventually you can get sleep easily.

Meditation helped some.
If you haven't already, try religion and meditation.
Try reading a not-too-exciting book:) Always works for me.
i think sometimes stress can lead to insomia, maybe can try the traditional way of counting sheeps.. lolzz
Meditation is good for insomnia.
shower multiple times.. u will relax also tird.. u ll get sleep for sure

Condition yourself that bed is for sleeping. Do not do work or bring your phone to bed. I leave my phone outside my room every night before bed, works for me.
