I enjoyed the book too , it is available in library or just go popular to buy . Dale Carnegie turned his miserable life around by changing his actions and thoughts . The first thing you can do , is accept your self , love yourself for who you are , list your strengths and weakeneses . Work on those weakness and be confident of your strengths . Also accept that it is okay to be alone and happy , beats having friends who make you unhappy . My friend became a Christian and had more friends ,so religion or having a hobby helps too . At most , have online friend like posting or sharing things on a forum ? If you need bahavorial assessment , I am sure online there should be some eg Jung myers

i have been receiving enquiries from JC students and private uni students of late on the similiar issues you are facing. While books are a great resource, it is important to recognise that each and everyone of us have different learning styles.
Choose your preferred options :
1. Youtube
2. Podcasts
3. Reading articles
4. Attend workshop/Coaching
Nearly 80% of the population of the people are visually oriented when comes to learning. that means, they need to see a picture to understand what it means.
Similarly, some people are able to get their answers from reading articles, blogs, listening to radio or even watching youtubes. And there is another group that needs experiential contact via workshop and/or coaching, which is a service I provide in my business.

When I had Sleeping issuees due to excess smoking(which is due to stress), I met a hyonotist friend, (who is a researcher and not for money) he just saved my life.
Please stay away from medicine, they probabaly give you some pills for dipression. Please dont take it, it will make you dependent, I swear, I am telling you from experience.,Yo are a kid.
