When one looks for love, security or … in a relationship,(marriage not excluded) it is merely that of exploiting each other by all means possible to fulfil each other’s needs. Being self-honest and acknowleding this lacunae in oneself may stand one in good stead to come to terms with one’s cirumstances. Otherwise, it is being incarcerated in one’s predicament and suffering immensely cos extraneous factors (whatever comes to mind) may not elicit fulfilment. It is merely a house of cards, an accident waiting to happen.Ya it"s a symbiotic relation where the female gets emtional and financial security with social status and guy sexual satisfaction with misc. stuff. Once the hormones/rose glass effect waver off, its hard to think of a reason to justify being together.Unfavorable to guys in long run,now with the added legal female favouring systems.

Not necessarily will fade over time. Some married over 10 years still keep those flames alive. The initial honeymoon period may be over but there's still a strong bond there.

You two have been communicating, so what's wrong?
Perhaps you are thinking too much.

Tell her you love her. Re-assure her that you love her.
Care for her. Show concern and compassion for her. Prove to her that you love her.
Start planning with her on setting up a family.
Now go apply for BTO.
While waiting around 3 years for the BTO, plan the details. register at ROM. marry.
If both of you are financially capable, you two can consider having kids.
