Shady people in my company

Recently i am suspecting that people might be going through my stuff while i am away for lunch. i usually leave my handphone in my bag while going out for lunch but i arrange my bag and items properly in my bag pockets and slots. recntly i am finding atht after i come back to my table, the bags shufted a little and my handphone positsion also shifted. i checked my contacts and batteries and usage in my handphone is still okay.
i fear whoever who shifted my items might be up to more no good than thief!
like maybe go through my personal informaton or files inside. i fear one day whoever did it might put some things inside the phone and accuse me of something which i never do! really need help!
Should i report to police on things i never do should i be accused of whatever coming?!
recently my company also got people say they lost things, but dont know really is lost or people anyhow accuse say 1?
I did tried locking my stuff in my drawer but also the same things happed. position shifted.

no joke, what if one day i found someone else's thing in my bag. they say i do one? how? i suspect is my manager and one of my colleagues. i heard he has been telling tales about me .

If you are so paranoid, why didn't you buy these hidden webcam from Sim Lim, install in an hidden corner of your workplace and see the answer for yourself. Although it might be against privacy for some, and if your thing is not stolen, what 'offence' are you going to charge your 'itchy hand' staff?
Anyway for an logic explaination, perhaps there is an cleaner in your company that shifted thing when they are cleaning?

Bring your bag along the next time you go for lunch. Reminded me of a former colleague who stole from us during our lunch breaks. When money were missing...we laid a trap.

i really suspect its her and my manager.
today i tested again shifted again. i suspect they might be the ones stealing things also. i observe them 2 very weord people. very shady. i wonder if i can call police to check on them?

I don't understand why must you leave your bag and mobile in the open. If you don't want bring them for lunch lock them in your drawer. By leaving them in a place accessible by people you are in a way inviting theft or people to touch your belongings.
I will never leave my belongings in a place accessible to people.

i never leave it in th eopen. i put it under my drawer lock a few times to test, but my drawer not enough space. when i leave it in my drawer to test water, i actually moved my stuff in the drawers out. else everytime i put it on top of my computer casing, my computer casing on the floor, inconspicious its not like in the open.
my computer also very weird, i alwasy lot files when i delete them, i suspect my colleague mentioned above are doing shaing tihngs. once is my manager and safety officer, like he own the whole bloody place. i suspect he may be using this authority to move people's things here and there.

i no need to take medicine - just that company people really behave very imature makes me very insecure and wary. the 2 persons i mentioned already give me the creeps - an aura so eveil unlike my other past companies people i worked with.
