Yesterday i went to DBS atm for withdrawal and out of the blue the card is inactive.....
I called the officer and none of them can explain why the account was on hold for no reason... I was very pissed then told that the respective officer in charge would give me the call... But pls think about it if the consumer is in urge of funds and bank can't give an explaination and yet was asked to wait then what's the point of having the 24 hour call centre and nothing can be advised.
It really doomed my day....

i dont think they can freeze your account just like that.
Either is a system problem, which not only is affected or somethg that you did not pay... eg income tax
