I'm facing a dilemma. I was working for X employer for a military project for almost 2.5 years. Few months ago, I was abruptly pulled out of the project upon instructions of client (another military contractor). This is was after months of bias deliberation related to security breach.
I would've been terminated if I didn't agree to be transferred to so-called another project; in reality, my ex employer had no plan. I tolerated one month and then resigned.
Right after that, I approached the military and requested them to investigate the unethical practices of their contractor. True enough I got official statement that I am clean. It meant those slanderous decision and discrimination I experienced were totally wrong.
Now, I'm working for another company but it's a contract position. Everyday, I feel disgusted.
I need an advise to find a affordable reasonably good lawyer to sue my ex employer and the client (contractor).
just move on lah
If it was a contract position, I guess they are authorised to do as they did.
Unless your former employer bully you in doing thing outside the contract e.g dug a trench, doing dangerous stunt like testing explosion etc, or maybe delay your salary or even didn't pay OT etc, otherwise why want to waste legal fee and get into unnecessary trouble?
You may want to consult the Legal Aid Bureau for more information on the matter and potential ramifications before you consider engaging a lawyer or filing a lawsuit.

Just move on lah. Dont waste $$$ on such things, use the $$$ to donate to poor people or learn a new skill. You already got a statement that you are clean liao...no need to go after them anyone.
BTW, you might spend $7000 for your case. Don't anyhow spend lah.
sg got FBI or not?
