  I am unsure of your age, one possibility is to report to teacher .. But generally people are afraid of how others perceive him . Tell people who matter to him , or girls in general. Tell tham  that  he is tiko , likes to take advantage of you by touching your back or you can add more spice in eg stroking your back .. And giving you weird looks ...and tell them to observe him in action . So whenever he does that again , people will give knowing looks ... "What she said is true ... He is a tiko pek .. Yikes " .. Then eventually , hopefully he will get the gossip about him .,..fast alternative : slap him !!!
