Are you feeling sorry for yourself because you are the least succesful of the lot, and so you expect the "richer" sibling to pull your weight for you?
If you have no money, then offer to run the errand. Request the cost be split among your siblings.

well for tht, i admit tht our past got the better of me. he has always been speaking words of condemnation at me, so it's just to let him know tht althou i'm sorry for the cheap joke but tht doesn't mean he can get all nasty at me.
maybe i see tht my cheap joke and him insulting me r 2 different things and just tht he doesn't see it tht way

Chances are he is passive aggressive and possibly toxic in your brotherly relationship.
There are proper and effective ways to deal with family and friends like that.

You know CNY is the time of the yr I hate the most. Because at this time all your relative(bro and sis living outside) will go all out to howlian and outdo each other in terms of buying expensive stuff for reuion dinner.
I say F that bro of your's, just because he got an office job, pay a few hundred bucks(very stingy) to your parents every month dosen't means he got the power to humilate you in front of your sis. I say F him back in your tweetter and tell him if he want to eat yusheng, go buy himself, demand an apology from him also.
If you give in to that mother facker bro of your's, he'll bully you all the way. Do not expect him to change, because money now means more to him that brotherly love.
