  My ex boyfriend cheated me, helped him to signed all 3 teleco. now i'm in debt of 2000+. Will the telecos really sue me to court? i'm just a student, really can't afford to pay. 

  i have made a police report. Will the police get the guy out for me cause that guy blocked me on fb and all that. -.-

  They see the black and white contracts. Unless your ex-boyfriend admitted to them that he had used your name for the phone contract agreement, the police can't do anything. To the phone company they will still see you as the legitimate owner of those outstanding bills...they just want their money.

  Just cancel all the lines and pay off the bill. 

  Learn from this $2000 lesson.

  Tell your parents about this mistake and seek their forgiveness. Make sure you never sign your name for anyone else ever again. 

   (unless u are prepared to pay off the money if the person defaults. )

  i have alr cancelled the lines.The problem is even my parents dont have the money to pay too. They are not well off. That is why im so troubled..

  If you know your ex address,  go and talk to his parents first. Ask them to pay off the bill.

  So you've been scammed by a stranger.

  You don't know anything about him? Where he work where he studied. . Etc..

  If the police cannot do anything for you.. its best you go talk to the telco and see if you can arrange for some kind of payment plan.

  he told me roughly where he lives but not the exact address , he told me he works for courts. hm, okay.

  TS This guy is nothing but a scammer. U shouldn't be calling him yr ex-boyfriend anymore. Fight yr case but like M Z said, black and white..... U mentioned u still a student. Below 21 yo? I believe under the law, the Telcos can't sue a minor for bankruptcy. If they threaten u on this, tell them this..... Yr school - teacher, principal, can they help? Worse comes to worse, work with the Telcos on installation plan. You shouldn't be giving your personal data away to someone online, and at such a short friendship......
