so, me and my friends, lets just call my two friends "Bob" and "Harry" were at my house slacking and stuff, and we decided to prank call our friend. lets just call my friend "Tom".
so we decided to prank call "Tom" since the exams were near and we wanted to have fun before the stress came in. so we told "Tom" some fake information about buying a sex toy and delivering the toy and something like that. he got paranoid and hung up the phone. after my friends left, i decided to go to Facebook and tell "Tom" that it was me, "Bob" and "Harry" who pranked you.
and the thing "Tom" told me was, "lol, it's you arh? er... i call police eh. how?"
i nearly shat my pants, this is the first time that i pranked call kena case. is it a serious offence to prank call your friend? please, i need help.

I really hope got case leh.
It's the nature of the prank call, which the defendant intentionally caused my client extreme distress and anxiety. The abusive so called "prank call" had insulted the modesty of my client who is a teenager. The defendant had stated that it was for "fun", before their exams stress comes, showing that the defendant had intentionally harass my client for his own pleasures that he thinks that harrassing a person about their sexaulity is "fun". The defendant seems to have shown no remorse for sexaully harrassing his friend, instead of apologising he is more worried about the legal consquences than the distress and anxiety he caused to my client by his implusive actions.
I appeal to the judge to give the defendant a heavier sentence.
