elders think i am a punk because of my piercings and hair style but i am a very earnest and hardworking guy. even some of my colleagues think i am gay because i use make up even after i proved to them i have a gf. i am just conscious about my appearance but i admit that my style and dressing is feminine. because many people think i am a girl, recently i shaved my head to a mohawk hair style and my boss threatened to fire me so i had to wear wigs to work. why does society have such stereotypes of what kind of fashion should be strictly followed by gender?

As for your personal outside life, just stick to your gun, don't let others influence your individuality, how you dress up is none of their concern. There is nothing shocking about your fashion statements, body piercing, guys with eyeliner, colour highlighted hair, they're so yesterday. Most likely people are jealous because you got better fashion taste than them.
On your working life, it's a bit tricky. Company got rules and regulations. Unless you're the boss, can do what you want. Try to tone done down and compromise a little. Explain to your boss the famous footballer David Beckham once cut his hair to a mohawk and the whole world loves him. Nicely ask your boss to show some love too.

Exactly, beats me too. Fashion is all about creativity, shouldn't be any boundary. Don't think so there're rules on how you suppose to dress up wheather you're male or female in our daily life. It's a matter of interpretation. Lol...NS of course must got rules.

Mohawk hairstyle is weird and rebellious.Might as well shave your head bald.Bald head looks better than Mohawk.Crossdressing is plain wrong and you need to figure this out.

like material can get close to it better. dont do so many unnecessry treatment especially one who no experience one confirm alwasy material will have problem later
