How to face my cca teammates?

  Im currently studying in poly. Been in a cca for  bout 2 month+ now.

  Im plannin on quittin my cca nw cos rlly can no longer commit time for it. Gonna spk to my Captain bout it (no teacher-in-charge, only coach but he external guy). Problem is I dont know how to face my cca teammates. Not really close with any of them but I inside their whatsapp grp. Quit without sayin anythin to them like vrry pai seh... 

  Can u guys give me advice on what to say to my teammates?
