My classmates are no longer like classmates!

I find myself treating my classmates no longer like classmates. Instead, I treat them as my competitors. Every class test, every group project and every other thing, I treat them as some people whom I want to win against.
Although I do still hang out with them, but they don't seem to be like classmates anymore. I do not know why, however, this competition doesn't seem to go off. It's not once in a while, but every single thing I always try to compete with them.
And I feel sore sometimes when I lose out to them, no idea why the sore feeling is there.
And so yeah, I'm trying to seek out some solutions that can change me somehow. Into a more caring person, instead of someone who has no feelings or being cold.
And I'm in one of the five local polytechnics, just someone trying to get better GPA.
Teehee, hopefully I can get an answer.

I am also the leader of this three person group.
I did every single thing like research, write-ups and esssays. Every single thing.
The other two, just happily play their computers games together. You might ask how do I know that they play together. Because during the group discussion in lesson, they are talking about the game yesterday and how angry that they were at each other for the mistakes and so on.
I am super angry about them, and right now I want to ask, if I should include them for the marks or leave them out and just let them leech. However, if I don't let them leech, I might get hated on by them though. Hais, peer pressure kicking in.
So need honest advices, let them leech and get free marks or blow the whistle on them?

In Singapore, we push people down in order to move up. Like me, I feel stressed now because I did not score high enough for humanities.

Let them be loh, like you said you are in poly now, in poly, before your project team submit your work, depend on which subject you study, either your lecturer will shoot an "sudden" question that do not appear on the project question and want every of your team members to answer to test whether they really do their work. (I did programming module before so I know their trick). Or your team must take turn to give presentation and if your 2 classmate are stoned, then good luck to them!
But seriously, your main problem does not lie in these 2 jokers classmates, if your whole class is "competitive", at least this is a good sign which mean you can score an higher GPA, otherwise if your whole class is the "eat snake" category, no matter how hard you work is also useless and here is why :
Suppose your whole class about 70% failed the examination/project, your poly cannot go and dropped out 70% of them while let 30% of people like you advanced to the next module, right? So your school would have to use the "average" of the whole class's grade or something like the bell curve system to pass your overall class. That why if you want to excel, common test, practical test must not be C and below, project and examination is the performance you cannot control, like stated above.

maybe u should mellow down yr ego...u wish to trigger feeling of superiority n usefulness over yr classmate by becoming better than them... u can be competitive but in a good way, like be a better student than the rest so tat u can help them instead of boosting yr own ego...for yr teammate, the role of a leader is to realize, develop n unleash yr members potentials instead of blaming them...take it as a challenge to get them moving, give them guidelines n show them the roles well...
