Really stupid friend

we are both 14.he has understanding problems.Whatever you say everyone understands he don't.Most irritating thing about the stupid guy is hor,i ask him can we skype(video call service),he says "no la we sms or phone call lah".i tell him skype free he say he open computer need pay electricity bill plus what a idiot he is he says sms free hor.He always also say "ok we later 8 oclock skype" then later he say no la we just sms.Ask why?i watching ninja turtle.I also dont know why he still watch that leh.Later 9 oclock i ask him finish liao right he say no now show spider man and waste my time until 11oclock and say "ohh i tired igo sleep." And you can tell he did not do it on purpose.I in normal academic and he in express but he have understanding problems but i no leh.Don't know how he go express one.
