- There are no circumstances which may cause the applicant to be deported.
- Secure financial circumstances.

Iceland was a happy nation before their govenrment implemented the financial deregulation which caused the collapse of the three major banks. They suffered a major economic crisis. The country is still not in good shape now. How can they be happy?
