i need help to get my money back that borrow to my fren..

i am from m'sia .. i had a sum of $$$ to my fren last year to repay his bad loan.. But now he run to S'pore without paying a sen back to me. Anyone can tell me what should i do? can i take any legal action to him coz i don't have any document to proof?

Legally, he is innocent because no solid evidence to proof he took a loan from you. And since he took a loan from you in Malaysia, the case is for Malaysia side which you can report him to the police there as a cheating case provided you are able to produce some genuine strong witnesses without prejudice of course that they saw you gave him money and he took the money from you I guess.

if you get lawyer to sue and recover, this is a long long process and there is a legs cost involved.
