When it comes to weekend and days i need to wake up at 6 . I can't wake up on time and tends to oversleep. Sometimes i even miss schools and work , i do not have the discipline to wake up on time. Sometimes i wake up but i just feel my head is heavy and then i went back to sleep again. I spend too much time on sleeping , what should i do?
I am just the opposite. I "undersleep". Wake up few or a couple of hours to look at alarm clock to make sure I don't oversleep.

You have a sleeping problem.
If you often wake up feeling you hadn't had a good night sleep even though you slept a full 8-10 hours at night... it is likely your sleep is interrupted.
Go to a sleep clinic, there is one in SGH.
Some people stopped breathing hundreds of times a night without knowing it... that interfers with getting a well rested sleep. And may result in death or other heart conditions.
Sleep apnea / chemical inbalance in your brain.. etc..
They will diagnose your sleeping problem and may prescribe you medications or breathing appartus to help you get a better quality sleep at night.
You should think of the consequences of not waking up on time. Since you said you're working, think of what your inpunctuality, and inconvenience it would cause to those you work with, and around you.
It seems trivial, and insignificant, but do think of that when you wake up to shut the alarm.
If I know I need to wake up real early on monday, I would try to go to bed early on saturday night, just for my body clock to adjust back a day in advance, and not take a nap on sunday, so your body would think its time to go to bed early on sunday night and wake up feeling alot better on monday morning.

are you a teenager? if so, i think it's quite normal. it's based on some studies done about the physiology of teenagers.
if you're an adult, it could be certain problems such as diabetes.
