Easy. Smash your computer or cut your hands off.
Who cares about your grades ? Somebody needs to clean our public toilets, you are our perfect future candidate.
I wouldn't care if my toilet cleaner is addicted to online games.
Once you drop out of school.. let us know... we have several openings available.
Low pay, zero benefits, and you get to pay for the toilet papers too.
Can you stop joking? I'm being serious, unless that is a source of motivation you are intending to give me.

I wasn't joking.
Think about this... what is the purpose of an education system. It is to produce an educated workforce .
The workforce is a hierachy. Like a pyramid.
There's only a few at the top.. and majority at the bottom.
Our education system is not to produce a single layer of workers... its to sift out the bottom like yourself... and put the FEW successful ones at the top.
If you think education is merely a HOBBY... then you belong at the bottom rung.
Self motivation is what makes you come out at the top.
Nobody can make you come out top. it's all about you and your personal ambition.
We can lead a horse to the water... but we cannot force it to drink if it's not thirsty enough.
Obviously you are more thristy in Virtual achievements, you feel powerful and accomplished playing online games...
While others who are not addicted to online games are more realistic.. they rather succeed in real life than pretending to be the hero in online games.
just like a mother lecturing her own son.

the true question for this thread is how to find the will to do the solution. Solution can be easily found, but it takes the will to even get started and eventually to take TS far.

Well, you seem to know much....
So whats YOUR solution ?
it's all in the mind.
So dude, if you are ok with cleaning toilets and hard labor jobs... you are perfectly fine where you are right now.
Dont get me wrong.. I am on your side. I absolutely agree with you that studies are a waste of time... grades are BS.
Getting good grades and a distinction ain't gonna make your cock any bigger... and quitting school ain't gonna shrink your dick either... so to hell with school right ?
Right.. Carry on... what game are you playing ? Maybe I can join your guild ?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_game_addiction
Video games addiction is use of computer and video games to make life bearable. Instances have been reported in which
users play compulsively, isolating themselves from family and friends or
from other forms of social contact,
and focus almost entirely on in-game achievements rather than other
life events, and exhibit lack of imagination and mood swings. There is no formal diagnosis of video game addiction in current medical or psychological literature. Inclusion of it as a
psychological disorder has been proposed and rejected for the next
version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
NAMS treats problem gambling and other behavioural addictions (internet, gaming, etc), and substance addictions (alcohol and drugs).

Seem to me, you already know the answer. At least you realise your grades are falling.
When I was addicted to MMORPG, I didn't realise my grades fell until after I graduated.
