Crush on a PRC colleague

I started my new job like 4 mths ago. after one month a new girl joined and i immediately had a crush on her. the first time i saw her, one word in my mind, "wow!"
this is making me feel weird as she is my colleague and im see her like everyday and she is the first foreign girl tat im interested in. she is from China though she has been a PR since young. thus, her english is easy to understand.
though she isnt gorgeous but she has that oriental beauty that captivates me. if i liked a girl, i wouldnt care where she is from or what race or religion she is as long i liked her and if she likes me too, then others wouldnt matter to me. and im a local mixed malay chinese. at first i feel like asking her out or something.
i feel like confessing to her but i should do it only when one of us leave the place as to avoid any uncomfortable situations. what shall i do? i heard she has an Myanmar bf also. so thats why i refrain from making any advances.

If she don't want you... then you are toast. Simple as that.
Besides. don't you realise there is a pecking order ?
There are other males in that company who worked longer than you... if she is that wonderful and available.. you won't be the only one going after her.
If your boss or your bosses boss is interested in her... you won't stand a chance...

Yeap, you have already answered your own question. Workplace romance is a big no-no. Even a big flirt like me has always 100% restraint myself from workplace romance.
I will not and have never:
1) flirt with any of my colleagues
2) add them on facebook
I will only add them only after they or myself have left the company.
The worst thing that can happen is to mix work with personal life. You see so many ugly scandal surfacing like Amy Cheong. Don't you think it's unwise to mix them together?
Save yourself the drama and headache and look elsewhere!
