Park Geun-hye, president elect of South Korea, and His Excellency
Former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, are toasting in the photo above.
In his memoirs, His Excellency mentioned Miss Park, who will be sworn
in as the President of South Korea. That was one of the reasons for
her being elected.
We Koreans have a lot of respect for His Excellency Former
Prime Minister Lee.
We wish we had a branch of the PAP here in South Korea so that
we can vote for PAP candidates. As His Excellency Prime Minister
Lee Hsien Loong did not run for president here in South Korea,
we voted for an alternative who is as similar as possible to His
Excellency Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Miss Park.
She’s the daughter of President Park and President Park had
many things in common with His Excellency Former Prime
Minister Lee.
