Amazingly, HK has the same problem. HK gov't finally did something by stopping an extension to the individual visit scheme, allow HK permenant residents to buy properties only, and stop the "smuggling" of goods. HK gov't is very incompetent, only when HK ppl protest will they listen. Trash gov't.
