i also dissapointed in housing.
i live in a once not prime but now very prime hdb, and the price of my house is 500,000+

HDB should not be turn into profit and sell.
For poeple to live leh. CB

gov. must set a maxium selling price.
so that no one can push prices higher than that.

It's very hard to undo the mismanagement under MBT even with all the good intention of KBW.
Towards his last term, before the election, MBT went to HK to "learn".
At the end of his term? before election? from a poor housing record/policy city like HK? It speaks a lot of this man.And he was adamant about making profit for the govt. From the so called "subsidised flat"?
Frankly, LSH should have seen the writing on the wall and should have removed MBT before the demages were entrenched.
To me, it has been too little, too late.
But now under KBW, it's the reverse of too much, too soon.
Either way, both methods risk exasperate the problem further and further.

The problem caused by Mah would actually take 3 to 5 years to normalized by itselfs, Khaw actually too just less than half a year to do it. Even though I welcome Khaw's effort to reverse the effects, I still feel that there should be a more stringent requirement in place in order for foreigners to own properties in Singapore.
Naturalize sg citizen should have priority before prs and foreigners.

How come people who serve ns don't get any priority in public housing?

Are you sure you mean the great father and not the dishonourable eternal minister? What a tragedy it would be if such a dishonourable despot wouldn't have his name eternally enshrined in the constitution the way Kim Il Sung is in the North Korean constitution.
