Singapore 1965 republic1st: LKY (PAP)

4th: SOrry to say that. LKY pass away. Singapore Politics will see a usher in New ERA. Worker party stand a high chance to form a next governement if another opposition did well. Let say PAP MP join SDP or NSP. I feel NSP can spilt the PAP vote let say 20% to them.
The parliament sitting will be as follows: MY dear brother
PAP: 36% (5 GRC + SMC) - Jurong, Tanjong pagar,Ang Mo kio, Pasir Ris,Sebawang
WP: 37% (5 GRC + SMC) - Aljuield, Bishan - toapayoh, Moulmen Kallang,East Coast, and Nee Soon GRC)
NSP: 22% (3 GRCS sits) - Marine Parade,Holland-Bukit timah and Tampines
RP or SDP: 5% (1-3 GRC) - CCK and West Coast Since RP keep on attack.Total: 16 GRC
This would be my perfect result and guess the formation for next upcoming will be map out in this way IF WP will to form the next government. It would happen if PAP MP switch camps. Internal dogfight and always same reason principle difference, idea different.

na PAP will still hold major Seat in Goverment
WP will either resume or get 1 more seat that all.
NSP is the only other 1 that might find 1 or 2 seat in Goverment.

few days ago, I walked into a local company... They got the president and the first lady potrait up there... then while I was at the lobby waiting for my appt, someone came in to deliver some flower stand... The recept direct them to put below the portraits...

the results of taiwan election has affirmed that the country is one of the important economic turbos aside to HK....三国订立...for a greater and much powerful China....that which I had mentioned before....it is inevitable and the right direction ....
Singapore should and must continue building the good economic relationship with China ....which Taiwan realized a little too late but trying to mend past mistakes with China.....
Such relationship with China is also a protection for Singapore ...

Asians would be the economic saviour and particularly with China, as well as the chinese communities worldwide...

you need more than just guts to be politicians.
Unfortunately, most PAP politicans are good only at talking about how good the party was, and the oppositions are all very good at talking about helping the poor and listening to the people's voice. Not many have shown they have any idea about handling issues that affect our economy, how to handle our foreign affairs, education system that can really educate our children than simply imparting knowledge for exam, how to narrow the income gap without giving away money, how to get foreigners to work here to relief our businesses here from labour shortage and not taking away our people's jobs....
there is no doubt our oppositions do not have enough good and capable people to manage the country yet, there are many who know how to use our huge reserve though. If that comes the day when all we need is to use our reserve, I will stand for election, whichever party....

we are multi racial, multi religion....Taiwan took a long time to handle the 本�人外�人。
we speak half english, half chinese ( together we call it singlish), malay and tamil...they speak perfect mandarin, some hokkien and hakka, and very little english.
Taiwan people knows where their roots and culture even when they were ruled by the japs for many decades, many singaporean thinks they are still english....
How can singapore ever be the next Taiwan?
