if you have already owned a unit, price doubled...sell and migrate!
if you have nothing and cannot afford to buy a unit now, then guai guai stay with your parents, be good to them so that they would let you inherit their house.
dont' let the price of houses decide your future.....

I think its a good thing that we have BTOs....Not many first timers can afford resale HDB prices...they're always nearly doubled the BTOs....plus the sqft shrink....

Hopefully the prices will stabilize soon....and turn down...nowadays smaller units and more expensive....dunno in the future anybody can afford public housing anymore...

This government useless, now 4 room in sk is 300k+ 800sqm WTF no difference from resales 400+ 1000sqm. Sianz this government ought to be choose down. DUn keep on dreaming and chasing GDP. Take a break.
Guys you think so. Singaporean is very hardworking. Almost work 12-15 hrs a day. Monday to Saturday sometimes Sunday. Only 11 days public holiday. What more can anyone ask of me. -
The prices are now at insane levels....I dunno our future children can afford public housing or not...will the prices doubled and sqft halved ?

it depends on what you privide for your future children, good education, good character, and may be a house which is doubled the price from now!!
don't expect the government to privide, there might be a new party governing singapore in future, just make sure that your future children don't just complain on the net while other people's children are buying up the houses.
