  Why? Because foreign employees and first-generation Singaporeans have to go back to their countries to celebrate CNY!

  Lucky most of them are new comers, don't have enough vacation leave. Some are from Philippines, don't need to celebrate CNY.

  I wonder what kind of transport are we going to have next.

   

  

  

  are we going to get bullet trains?

  Or are we going to have buildings as high as 100 storeys to feed and house the large popluation?

  Can we remove all the golf course?

  it depends on how much money you have.  if no money, bite the bullet and forget about bullet train.

  And Singapore is too small to have bullet trains. Before you know it, the train will be out of Singapore already.
