SGD going upward is bad in a long run, and when it suddenly goes down, it can be worst, in financial way of saying, gradual up and down is more secure than sudden up and down.
As the USD start to depreciate further, while the market force China to appreciate their Renminbi, soon, jobs will be back in USD, the americans can become cheaper than Chinese.

Not everything the PAP said excite me or anger me. For those who are moving on to greener pasture, e.g. a life where there is less of a concrete jungle, where they have land to work with, where they can find better wife or husband....they just made a choice in life. For those who complained about how hard it is to compete in Singapore, how difficult it is to learn Chinese, fear of suffering or even death in NS for their children, and say " i give up", they just quit! of course they are also those who seek political asylum.
In the end, only you can answer, wherever you move or you quit. Don't have to be angry if your move is not defined as 'quit'.
No intention to argue with you about your belief or faith. The creation of God is easier for ME to accept than believing that men were evolved from monkeys, or you from orang utan.
