Instead priority is to shrink bus int gross land sell e remaining for shopping mall... Can collect property tax.
Even our basic transportation needs can be raiding the reserves.

I suggest foreigners should pay a Levy housing tax of 30% from the current market price so as to forbid them from buying and selling away to shift out from singapore for retirement.

Ministers love him for he able to bring in profits to the govt and built up reserves.
But he was blind by his works and tactics. Pple are drowning with the high costs, yet he still carry on to put extra increase in cost to let pple pay and pay.

The general public is still stupid enough to believe that the MIWs are white and are their servants.
The past ten years are solid track record of them serving the money god and their bonus.
Do they care whether the people like them or not ?
I dun think so.
Maybe they turn white for two weeks to eat some humble pie.
After that, they will increase all costs citing all kind of unexplained reasons.
If there are no one to question them, they will increase their salary like no body business.
Their mindset is same as the guy who is waving at your money on the poster stuck on the lamp post.
His speech is all about giving you some money so you should vote for him.
