not really... you spent the monies drawn out from CPF... and it goes to the retailers and govt.... and you have to pay back the cpf money once you get a job.
later u withdraw the CPF. they will impose GST, Service Charge and admin fee on you.
When you put back. Also again GST, Service Charge and admin fee.

The only thing you can use CPF money bef 55 is for shares & HDB flat.
