Who is the most powerful person in SG?

It used to be MM Lee but recent months after the death of Mrs Lee, he seems to have taken a back seat.
So who is the next then? PM Lee? Under the constitution he should be the most power person in SG.
But we have Ministers who are holding powerful role, Defence and Home Affairs.
One particular guy is currently very powerful!

With the headline on the press today, you will regret for the rest of your life if you disregard the old man for this honour.
He is still living in the cold war era and expecting to control people through fear.
The press have to run some interview of young people eager to buy his new book.
I am just curious whether the young generation still really care a hoot about his book.
Maybe he have to get his croonies and their subordinates to buy the book so that it will stay on best seller chart so as not to malu the old man.
He is still living in his white glass castle and thinking himself as the king.

If LHL dont screw anymore and win decisively during the next election, he will be the most powerful.
Otherwise, GCT will proceed to become SM, MM and he will be the future most powerful. -
