  You PAP should stand in. FOr housing susidy for different tier of income group earner and limit the loan to less than 20 years

  For car COE, less car but control the pricing. One family one car only concept. And not pushing the price up and up.

  Money blind your eyes, PAP. Youngster is full of hate. Watch out on the next election. Opposition u got my vote.

  Yes that is a good mney to earn.

  Easily earn millions of dollars per day.

  That is why they try not to interfere or rather keep a distance from it.

  Average COV is only $20,000 now.

   

  If you make $2,000 a month, you will need only about 1 year to save enough for the cov for your dream resale flat.

   

  I am assuming you cut down on things like eating and taking the public transport.

  that right!

  the PAP has shited it singapore policy from nationalism , patriotism to a more cosmopolitan singapore. SIngapore is run like MNC not as a country anymore.

  If you want singapore to be just a dollar and cents nation, go ahead and vote for the PAP. But if you want a singaproe to be more singapore style and govern with more affectionate and pro citizens, time is right for a big change!!

  When you are the monopoly, you can control supply and demand conditions to suit your needs.

   

  COE priced too low, no problem, reduce quota for COE.

   

  Need to prop up the price of housing, increase immigrants, that will drive up prices of houses.

   

  Singaporeans can't escape the "Five Fingers Mountain" of the Lees.

  fly me to the moon for what, eat mee rebus there ar??? nothing there, if you are learning yoga or some kind of meditation, moon can be a very nice place to get enlighted. Certainly not for me, I dun like bright light...

  you realise that they are giving out a tiny money they collected from the high COEs.

  50m in utility rebates. but how much extras are they already collecting from the booming COEs?

  The people incharge have forgotten about basics.   I hope they will reflect in this new year 2011 and change some policies.   Consulting  ordinary folks on the ground is a must to obtain real feedback on the prices of cars and hdb flats.

  didnt they just introduced the distance fare scheme to help you save money?

  And should SDP be voted in, Singapore would be the new stooge for USA in SEA..

  So far, Singapore is small country and thus cannot control global inflation, is the idea of subsidized family car a good idea? The main attention is to put a roof over each and every SIngaporean and food for all Singaporeans at mealtimes. I am still not seeing any political party planning in this area. Handicapped main breadwinners of families are still not getting employment or getting ridiculously low pay while doing the same work as able-bodied employees.
