In HDB estates alone(include private developments under GLS--Government Land sales programmes ),the project ultimate units (subject to change)
is 1,400,000 units. Currently, there are about 890,000 HDB units. page 8--9
of HDB annual report.
therefore, 500,000 units will be added!! but the size of future units is unknown.
So, 500,000 x 4 persons=2 million.
HDB estate alone (include private developments) can push SG total population
to 7 million!
Dunt forget there are plently of non--HDB estate land!

2. Unless you are a small handful of Malay ( estimated 5 % out of all Malay in SG), all Singaporean Indians, Chinese and majority of Malays are descendants of immgriants.
Our forefathers came to singapore many years to seek a better life.
Nobody stopped them landing after a risky long journey.
Today, is it fair we stop other people coming to people to seek a better life?

Today, water demand is about 380 million gallons a day (mgd) or 1,730,000 cubic metres a day (m3/day).

water consumption will be double in 50 years and 30 % from domestic cinsumption.
current water consumption is 1.73 m3 a day x 2= 3.46 m3 a day in 50 years
( trust me,Gavamnan dunt mean 50 years later!),
from the same page, the target per capita water domestic consumption is 147 liter,
3.46 m3 x 0.30=1,038,000 m3 / 147 liter=7.06 million population.

70 million? No problem. We will live in the underwater world (not the one at sentosa) because Singapore has sunk into the sea. -

Can they make the MRT double deck please? Right now so many cabins and single deck already squeeze like sardine. Once double deck not enough then we think again maybe increase to triple deck or quadruple deck ok? MRT ministers, please take note of my comment. If later quadruple deck still too many people, can make it like 1 hdb flat style to 15th floor or something. This way, nobody should complain about MRT packed like sardines anymore. =D

Singapore's cream of the crop manage this small country and have taken it to where it is now.
Im sure they have plans if they wish to take the population to 7 million. Your trust and votes are well placed in the current government.
I have done my part by spreading the word that Singapore lacks talent and has a labour shortage. This can be seen with the country's low unemployment figures.
If everyone does their part for Singapore the nation will flourish. Vote wisely....vote PAP.

next time 5 room flat the living room can only accomodate 1 sofa and 1 tv... if want to go to bedroom from entrace, have to jump over the sofa to the bedroom. Once in the bedroom, can only sleep standing up because no space for lying bed. 7 million population? Even 1000 million we also not scared no space ah!!! -
