Foreigners 40% Locals 60% True or not?

When you go outside and look around, just do a rough counting of how many are foreigners, maybe 7 out of 10 are foreigners (including Power Rangers - PRs), although some look like local Chinese, local Indians etc., but their behaviour and language seems otherwise, you willl have to observe carefully and it is not hard to suspect that the MIW are not telling the truth at all.
If they announce 70% Foreigners and 30% locals, that would surely be of concerns to many, but now, I'm sure many locals are just trying to survive and live their own lives. I think Foreigners who are talented and with the right moral values should stay but right now, who will become citizens when they see how the MIW treat locals. (CPF, NS and suppression of oppositions), mostly Foreigners will not think about citizenships, they will just make enough money, mostly at the expense of locals and beat a path back home to enjoy early retirement, some as young as their 40's which leaves the locals to perform the occasional acrobatics such as jumping onto MRT tracks, jumping down from HDB flats or fighting with PRCs for soda cans.
Our MIW royalties likes to "manipulate" figures so I don't trust them at all, anyone with proper sets of figures other than the ones below which is taken from?

From TR last time, foreigner percentage stands at 38% so it should be correct.

No need... Take a bus during peak hours... The bus driver is PRC... the commuters are PRC. Apart from the bus that is UK made and the English words on the bus... Nobody seems to speak English and you look weird.

PAP has turned Singapore into some sort of freak country.
PAP rule must be overthrown, otherwise the Singapore identity, the Singapore culture, the Singapore people will be completely destroyed.
We must restore the vitality of Singapore.
Overthrow of PAP will be the first step to restoring Singapore and to correct all the errors made by PAP.
In the coming elections, all those who are lucky enough to vote, must vote out the PAP.
That is your duty.

No matter what the ratio is, whether it is 30/70, 40/60 or 50/50, as long as PAP stays in power, they will continue their policy of flooding us with aliens.
This is for certain.
The PAP policy is fixed.
The only way out is to deal a blow to the PAP in the coming elections.
Vote for PAP and Singaporeans will be reduced to minority, vote out PAP and there is still hope, such are the trends of political affairs now.
The PAP must be voted out.

14% of singapore citizens are below 14 years old, while 30% are aged 60 and above (stats are for 2008 on some international website) on the other hand, foreigners here are usually within the age of 14-59.
hence for the majority of us working/studying out there, foreigners would seem to form a higher percentage (your 7 out of 10 is a good guess actually)
in a way the miws aren't lying, they just aren't telling the whole truth ^^ -

What I am piss off is so many low salary jobs was taken by them.You (Govt) ask those uneducated pple (middle age) do what? Eat air?

agreed .. govt keep asking old folks to support themselves and force late retirement .. but how to .. employers rather hire younger and cheaper PRC to take their jobs -

There are so many local uncles and aunties waiting to work in your supermarket, why dont u give them a chance to work there! -

I wonder how they manage to hit the 50:50 (foreigner vs Singaporean) quota... obviously they flout the rules..... -
