if i am malboro tan i dun no how to explain to the boss.... today suddenly announce want to build more 6000 carpark this year , how happen to all the planning... ? last time only want to build 5000 flat a year which drove up the property price then suddenly 360 degree reverse wanna build 22 000 a year , how it can happen ?

The only people he upsets when he builds more flats are the people who are using HDB flats as an investment, merely P.R... I have so many friends who just got married and are still living with their parents cos they cant get flats and a no. of my friends who wants to get married but cant get BTO flats cos there is a long line.
You dont need to be thankful to the goverment for selling a flat to you that cost $300 000 to $400 000, Thank yourself for working hard and getting into debt for the next 40yrs of your life and for what a 99yrs rent?

Some condos dun even allow tis - more to speak of HDB.
double standard. When MBT's ppl can't even provide enough parking space for buses at the new bus interchanges (HDB sold e land for say Jurong Point 2, then gave a spec for e bus int).
To think MBT was general mgr at SBS in 1970s and 1980s.

When they do right the paper will report. The transport minister took a ride in the bus so much report about it. When they do wrong, they just keep quite and then it die a natural death. So their million dollar salary is still protected. Election coming they need to only dangle some carrot and the people will fall into their trick. So that Mah that bow to the Tan need not explain his mistake but will continue to hold on to his iron rice bowl. Honestly the look of his face make me puke.
