It is just the same in the working environment.Managers, AM, AVP, or rather those higher position will not want to talk to those officers, senior officers, clerks, senior clerks, assistants. In fact almost all companies are like that. Creating a broken brigde among the top and bottom class within the department.

that is how they created communication skill classes like how to communcate with all levels, how to manage and communicate with your subordinates, how to communicate with bosses..it is a blessing to those lecturers and insitution who are still plying these trade of soft skills and earning big bucks. If top can communicate below, half of those insitutions can close shop liao -

In an organsation, we need to create a bridge among the tops and bottom. We must not let a brigde to be chopped off, causing miscommunication and no communicaton with the managers and the subordinates. This way, there will be no improvement and no form of appreciation and encouragement. A very unhealthy kind of practises...but alias, all companies are like that. -
