  I believe propotionate representation is better. NCMP do not have voting rights and have limited power.

  But I think Prime minister wont allow prop representation.

  NCMP scheme is useless. We don't want NCMP, we want more elected opposition members in parliament, just two of them is not enough.

  Asking the PAP to allow more elected opposition members in parliament. Asking them to give their opponent a chance.

  The alternative political parties has to come up with solutions, not excuses for their dismal representations.

  The PAP are relentlessly scouting for suitable people to psyco to join their ranks, surely the opposition could also do the same. I think the opposition are just waiting for walkin-in talents. 

  In a competition, you go all out to win, not half heartedly, with sympathy for the challenger.

  Funny how the PAP champions itself as a party that lends a ear to the minority races, even coming up with GRC so that these voices could be heard.

   

  But it fails miserably at even keeping a level playing field for the opposition so that the minority's voice could be heard too.

  NCMP no voting rights, they are just merely making up the nos, or so called audiences to make the parliament session more colorful.

  As for representation with the right to vote, you need to be elected. No friendly forces will give way to enemy for a free seating ya
