...if not sure, ask... you, is it?
Those who have voted before, where exactly is the serial number on the voting paper?
If someone tear away the portion that has the serial number, mark a X in the empty box, does that means the vote is spolit if he still vote correctly? Is it an offence?
If voting is secret, why is there serial numbers on the voting slips???
If any staff from the Election Dept reads this question, please forward this to lee hsien loong the minister in charge of the election dept for reply.
No serial number, the party members watching the counting will question the validity of the slip.
If the vote is for the PAP the other party will challenge the vote.
If the vote is for the opposition party, the PAP will challenge the vote.
Best is just to memorise the number, and then buy 4D.

Yes there is a serial number. I mean if the serial number is torn out, there will be questions about its validity by the parties concerned.
At the counting, Opposition and PAP members are there, eyes open big big, and dare not blink, watching the process.
Slightest matter will be brought up. SPD Ling Howe Ding complained that the light were too bright at the counting centre.
aiyah..............got serial number or not..............as long as you got guts, what's the diff ???!!!
if you got no guts to vote for Opposition then don't complain about PAP........
just live out the rest of your miserable life in shame and regret lor......................

As I mentioned before in this thread
The serial number is NOTHING MORE THAN JUST A SCARE TACTIC.
The next election will probably be the last chance any of you here in this forum have, to make a difference.
IF you are given a chance to vote (ie Reform party/Chiam See Tong comes to your GRC to compete), then vote wisely. DO NOT GIVE IN to irrational fear.
IF at the end of the day, any one of you complain so much on this forum, but then do not have the guts to vote for the opposition (even a spoilt vote is helping the PAP), then you deserve to live in suffering, because you don't even have the guts to make your life better, to take responsibility for your own country.
We are already been made fun of by the foreigners, branding us losers for complaining so much, and yet still supporting the PAP like cowards. Please show some courage by being responsible for the future of this country
Ordinary Singaporeans have to wait nong nong.
They have to fix all the opposition members in Parliament first.
By the time it reaches you, it's time for the next election liao.

Why are we voting for a party whose first priority is to fix the opposition?
It will be more interesting to watch opposition fixing PAP than PAP fixing opposition.
