  They are just doing what Robert is doing.

  Using other people money to pay themselves.

  When there is a loss, it is other people money.

  When there is a growth, they claim the credit.

  For the above condition, they give themselve fat bonus and high increment with other people money.

  Furthermore, they can lose money without any accountability.

  As for so many companies, they need to put their son, daughter, daugher-in-law and son-in-law in all of them.
