Recently,a young Malaysian boy was sentence to death penalty for trafficking drug into Singapore,n he was sentence to death.
Now,there are some big problem here.If my memory serve me right,i remember there was a case whereby an Indonesian maid kill her employer n get away with death penalty. My guess is probably our PAP government afraid to offend the Indonesia.
This time,a young Malaysian Chinese was sentence to death just becoz of drug traffickering? What kind of logic is that?Killing someone can get away with death penalty, while carry drug is sentence to death, tell me,what kind of logic is that?No wonder many Singaporeans dont respect Singapore laws anymore, coz it seems to be "LKY Law",not our country law!!!!
Furthermore, although Malaysian government do plead for the boy,but we all do know that Malaysian government is a racist country. They only care about Malay Muslim, they dont really give a damn about Chinese n Indians or any other races in their country. From their "Malay Privileges" policy we can tell that. So,our PAP government might think they will be "safe" to sentence the boy to death without any retaliation from Malaysia.
Another wrong part about this judgement is that that offender is only 18 or 19 yrs old when committed the crime, what does a 19 yrs old boy know about "life"?What does he know about the "evil nature" of some humans?(i think i dont need to elaborate who is the devils here). That poor victim doesnt even consider a "man" but merely a "boy" who doesnt know the dangerous of this world.
And yet LKY n his PAP ministers simply sentence the boy to death without consider the age of the victim,LOL!!!!I know its the judge who sentence the boy to death, but who create the law?Who can control the law?
And becoz of this,LKY n his PAP ministers can be rest assure that they will go to "Hell" after their death.

there is no need for more discussion.
be prepared to die if you choose to traffick drugs in singapore.
if you dont want to die for it then do it in countries without the death penalty.
Lah Like Laws Minister said-,if SG pardon him,
the drug kingpin will use MORE pregrant woman lah, mother with kids lah, people's with sick parents lah to traffick drugs to SG.
1. tell me if he knows death penalty before he carrys out his devil mission?
i think he know.
2. SG is not fond of hanging people. i agree it is not nice.
There is a chocie of more lenient polciy but more drugs in SG.
3. Hong kong get no death penalty, the drugs addict rate is few time HIGHER than SG!this is also contributed by lenient policy, powerful secret society etc
look at the figure below and imaigne there are 300 % more addicts in SG!

Yes agreed.
In Singapore, when your height is above 1.2m, you are considered an adult.
You pay adult fares already.

Oh really?Then tell me,what do u know when u are 19 yrs old?Huh?
Most probably,u just quit wearing diapers from the way u reply.
An adult is an adult no matter how you want to twist it. Unless you are telling me the man has low IQ and has special needs.
And what was the maid charged with? Murder or culpable homicide not amounting to murder or rash/negligent act or something else?
For your information not everything carries the death penalty in singapore. Unfortunately, the young man committed an offence that carries one. Sorry, let him swing.
So what else do you want to discuss? The recent weather? Or whether the ba kut teh is better in malaysia or singapore?

More people are likely to fight over and die because of the money involved in drugs or after taking drugs itself.
How many people can one indonesian maid kill?
That's why drug offences are tougher.
what bout aids??it kills plenty too!
it's just one fella. And he knew the law and broke the law. So how?
look like another Alan shadrake on the lose here..but perhap this is more objective, direct at LKY and PAP, I love it.
So mod!!, u know what to do ya
The boy was about 18 yrs old when he was caught.
then hang him when he is 21yo.
the law doesnt work that way. People are trialled at their age of the offence.
the laws is created by men and determined by men, if 18yo can be pardon, then lots of 18yo across both side of the straits can smuggle drug in, do you want that to happen. The punishment is very clear cut, if you are lax on it, more will come in and make this country the centre of drug transaction, the like of Amsterdam and golden triangle.
Of course he can appeal, but for me, case Close..COURT adjourned!!
why blame PAP when u choose to die for drug trafficking?
actually over the years since 1965, sg did pardon some people on death row. At least 5 or 6 cases sg changed the death sentence to something else.
What's the point of implementing and gazetting a law and not uphold it?
no idea, i am not a lawman
but personally, i think that malaysian's life should be spared becos he is too young.
