  certain % of voters voted them because they felt the opposition do not have candidates of high calibre.

  this is one of the reason!

  I voted them before, between PAP kindergarden and Church of the holy infant Jesus, i voted PAP kindergarden, I graduated in 1995 at the Joo Chiat PAP kindergarden. Still got the picture with me.

  well, during election day, all these election station are mend by govt public servants, it is fair to the opposition, i mean, a person went into the voting table,  voted and crossed opposition party, on counting time, the govt public servants can peel off the opposition label, in reveal the PAP logo instead.
