The MPA (Maritime & Port Authority) already said that it will NOT tap into pooled fund resources (Revolving fund) to offset the cost of the final bill for Tuesday's Oil Spill off Changi Coast. (reported in Straits Times, Friday)
Just because the MPA is not using the "fund" we shall sit and wait?
Singapore shoresline has been violated, polluted. Singapore is small and we don't have a lot of space whatever that is left in our natural reserve are precious. Whatever marine life that survive in/near our waters big or small are what we have.
Singaporean has given our rights to the authority to the point where we have no clue how to react? where to response ? We just simply wait and have no avenue, no voice to pursue. Just like any other day in Singapore.
