Temasek bought shares in Telkomsel and Indosat for 35% and 41% respectively. They were accused of raising mobile rates and this has been ruled by the Indo supreme court as monopolistic behaviour. Source taken from bloomberg.
The last time they bought majority stakes in Thaksin's telecoms company without checking local laws on foreign ownership and caused the Thais to rebel against him. and Thailand never had a stable PM thereafter, one downfall after another.
I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Mr Goodyear decided to leave, citing "strategic differences".
Haiz.......

Singtel and Starhub colluded to price fix telecast fees for World Cup 2010 Soccer match but nobody prosecute.
Many years ago, Singtel put shares into our CPF account and took money from there, also nothing happened.
many years ago, PAP was not the ruling party leh...everytime talk about granfather stories, hello! the year is 2010 hor
