Is it true that the alliance between KJ and Chiam was an attempted takeover by TRP? I really pity the old man, everyone seems to be interested in taking him down. Sometimes, I really wonder if some of these are actually moles of the ruling party.
livehardfast - I agree it is part of the game and those who can't stand the heat should keep away. If Reform Party can be so Machiavellian, that means it can survive whatever the PAP can throw at it in the months to come. If Reform Party cannot even carry out this milk run take-over and displace an old timer who should retire, then they would be a weak opposition and no good to us. Furthermore, if Chiam can't even see this thunder cloud coming, that really means his political demise is near.

Initially thought of giving him a chance, now seems that kenneth j cannot be trusted. He has not gained support from the ground and went on to do such to Mr Chiam, very sad. The voters will not think well of his move. To make matter worse, he has done nothing to earn the trust of people yet.
I had heard of people telling me that KJ is arrogant and full of himself and if this attempted takeover is true, then I would think twice about his party.

I will remain watchful of this new person in politics.
It is a wrong move of his to do that to Mr chiam.
But politics is dirty, since Kenneth is in the job of being dirty, he better start playing hardball.
