whatever old house her grandmother is staying is nothing more than a couple of thousand sq feet property ain;t worth mentioning. folks who are wealthy enough can get a 7000 to 10,000 sq ft property for a 50% valuation on SG pricing in the States side.

I think the government is going to do something. They expect us to loan 30-40 years is it. So expensive the HDB. I thought they meant to be cheap. Should make be stay affordable and cheap for us. Another question, lack of carpark space. This problems had been surfacing for 3-4 years yet the government do not wish to take any step. Disappointed. 4 room - 400,000. My earning all give to government can a not.
