but the right answer is the ALL THE OLD GUARDS and not just two of them...
For example. Iphone, Ipod, rather Apple product did so well...... Do you know who did the good job in design, marketing etc? No very sure? we only know steve jobs....
It take a good leader to have vision for the company. So, I do agree the whole team of PAP did a good job under the strong leadership of LKY.
Comparatively btw our neighbours, w/out a strong and honest leadership we may not able to compete since we lack of natural resources and self sufficient basics need like water, sugare, floor etc.
As a whole it is a team effort for the Spore success but with strong leaderships that has been continued for 3 PM (till today).... LKY don just depend on local but also foreign talents. GKS is a malaccan but contribute greatly ....
Spore are lucky the foundation laid is strong and smooth hangovers to younger members in all dept ministry.....
