I always thought that Lee Kuan Yew is the one contributing to its economic height starting in the 1960s. Bullshit lah! I just went to the National Musuem just now and found out that it was actually the late Dr Goh Keng Swee that played an essential role in the economic development of Singapore from the 1960s. It's because Lee Kuan Yew was so fortunate to have him as Finance Minister at that time!

Goh Keng Swee played the key role in Singapore economic development, but kept quiet.
This is the difference between Lee Kuan Yew and Goh Keng Swee.
