Its not bad, considering some poly grads do take home a starting pay of 1.4 to 1.5.

Its already good btw... i know some cleaners only 800 plus, plus if he really to advance, he should go cleaner supervisor job. No brainer anyway, no matter how you upgrade, dont tell me the pay will suddenly jump to 5k.
